How It Works - It's As Easy As 1-2-3! Simply click on the “Sign Up” button and follow the instructions. You will be prompted to read, complete, and sign our simple contract, which you will mail to us along with your $65 annual fee. You then access your online iCOLA account (or fill out and mail the State form) and transfer your license to our brokerage. Once we receive your payment, we will approve your license transfer and the process will be done. It’s As Easy As 1-2-3!
