Carefully read the contract and verify that all of the information is correct and accurate.  Sign and return the contract to 123 Mich Holding LLC, along with your $65 check made payable to 123 Mich Holding LLC. Our mailing address is:

STEP 3

OPTION 1:  Transfer Online

Log onto iCOLA, which is the DELEG's link to transfer your license online: (click here to go to iCOLA).  From there, click on the drop-down menu “Changes and Renewals.” Then click on “Real Estate Salesperson Transfer” and press “GO.”  You will be prompted at that point to supply your iCOLA username and password, and simply follow the instructions from there.  Our license number is 6505361018.  

Once we receive your signed contract and cash your check (see STEP 2, above), we will approve your transfer request immediately online and mail your new license to you once we receive it from the State.

NOTE: If you do not have an iCOLA account, you can open one and obtain your iCOLA username and password by clicking on the link above.  Once there, click on the drop-down menu "Applications;" then click on "Create an iCOLA Account-Real Estate" and pres "GO."  Follow the instructions from there.  The DELEG encourages licensees to have an iCOLA account because it can be a valuable and efficient business tool.

OPTION 2:  Transfer by Mail

Alternatively, if you prefer to fill out the traditional paper application, you may do so by clicking on the following Real Estate Transfer Application:  http://www.dleg.state.mi.us/bcsc/forms/real/lre050.pdf. Once this form is completed and signed, mail it to us at the address above along with a separate $10 check made payabe to the State of Michigan. Include that $10 check along with your signed 123 Mich Holding Contract and your $65 check to 123 Mich Holding LLC (as detailed in STEP 2).
